In collaboration with experts in structural engineering, electrical installations, plumbing, roads, and cost estimation, we seamlessly manage the entire investment process. This encompasses obtaining planning permits, preparing comprehensive multi-disciplinary project documentation using CAD software, and securing all necessary approvals and authorizations. We actively participate in the construction process, providing supervision and ensuring adherence to the design concept.

Our studio is founded by Rafał Łosiak, M.Sc., Eng., and Bartłomiej Siwiak, M.Sc., Eng. The remaining team comprises 10 talented individuals, all graduates of architecture programs.
