The author’s design studio was created in 2000 by architects Rafał Łosiak and Bartłomiej Siwiak. Already at that time, we demonstrated an innovative approach to architecture that resulted in the creation of a dozen or so interior, office, house and public utility projects. We have been successfully implementing our innovative ideas for over a dozen years.

We have a very precisely determined cooperation program with both private and commercial investors. The aim of the workshop is to provide the best service for our clients by creating an original, simple and functional architecture, based on the latest technologies and trends that are in line with the tradition of architectural thought and ecology. We carefully look at the tastes and personalities of our investors to create a dream environment for living and working.

Thanks to cooperation with professionals in the field of construction, electrical, plumbing, road and cost estimation, we are able to carry out the investment process from obtaining technical conditions to preparing a full project documentation in the CAD system, obtaining relevant permits and approvals.
